1] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the notice issued to respondent No.3 has returned unserved with remark that the concerned transport company is found locked and not in existence. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed to serve the notice to respondent No.3 by paper publication within the area of address of respondent No.3. 2] Considering the report of service of notice, there is no impediment to allow the prayer for serving notice to the respondent No.3 by paper publication. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

3] Notice be issued to respondent No.3 through paper publication returnable on 12th September, 2017. Registrar (Judicial) to take requisite steps for further process.
