The applicants, who are the legal representatives of deceased sole respondent, seek permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 1848 days. Learned Counsel Mr. Chapule, holding for Mr. Jamalpurkar, advocate for the present respondent, who is appellant in the Second Appeal, though sought for supply of

{2} necessary copies, but in fact, it was the duty of the appellant to bring on record legal representatives of original respondent - Vishwambhar.

Therefore, considering this aspect, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C". The appellant is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.
