Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant- Insurance Company and Mr. Jaybhar, learned counsel for respondent No.1 father of the deceased. When the matter is called out, none appears for respondents No. 2 to 4.

Perused the application. It appears that proposed amendment in case allowed to be carried out in the present appeal memo, it would not change the nature of the subject matter. In contrast, it would facilitate to adjudicate the matter on merit more effectively in its proper manner. Hence, it would be justifiable to allow the application. Therefore, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The applicant- Insurance Company to carry out requisite amendment within two weeks and file the copy of amended appeal memo on record.

Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of in above terms.
