The petitioner is respondent No.5 in Revision Application Nos.47 and 48 of 2020 pending on the fle of Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad. He is aggrieved by the rejection of his common application fled in both the revisions whereby he sought permission to submit his arguments in the matters which have reached the stage of arguments but his right to argue the matter was closed because of his persistent absence.

I have heard Mr.S.S.Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.Tambe, learned Advocate for respondent
{2} WP 6546 OF 2022 No.4, who is the original applicant before the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad. 4.
It is informed that the matters have been closed for orders but still no fnal order has been passed.

To obviate any other impediment, the petitioner can be pinned down to a specifc time limit, if he intends to argue the matter.

Writ Petition is partly allowed.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside. However, the petitioner shall make his submissions before the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Aurangabad on 7 July 2022 and shall not seek any adjournment, or on any further date if the matters are adjourned by the authority.
