Mr. Kedar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that at present the petitioner would restrict the petition to the extent of

2 wp 4967.18 prayer clause "C" and would agitate with regard to other prayer clauses in future, if, occasion arises.

It is submitted that the proposals of minority schools are pending as per the list given below Exhibit-G.

In case the proposals filed by the petitioner for opening the schools of the minority institutions (Exhibit-G) are pending with the State Authority, then the State Authority shall take decision upon it on its own merits.

4. Save and except the above, we have not passed any orders in favour of the petitioner. All contentions of the petitioner with regard to other issues are kept open.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
