We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the representation is pending with the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Aurangabad, with regard to the grievance of pay scale. 2.

In case, the representation filed by the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer (Primary) (page 41), then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
