The petitioner's proposal dated 15.04.2025 for grant of approval to transfer of petitioner No. 3 from partially aided post to grant-in-aid post, effected purportedly under Rule 41-A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981, has been pending with the respondent No. 2 - the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Latur Region, Latur, (Exh.-G). 2.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 - the Regional Deputy Director of Education to take appropriate decision on the proposal received by his office, if it has not already been decided in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within four (04) weeks and without referring to the Government Resolution dated 29.04.2024 and Government Circular dated 03.10.2024.
