Under the orders of this Court dated 19/10/2016, the Petitioner Management has deposited an amount of Rs.50,000/- in each of these cases. The applicants desire to withdraw the said amount as both of them are unemployed, despite the order of reinstatement by the Tribunal, which has been stayed by this Court. 2.
Mr.Bondar, learned Advocate for the applicants has strenuously opposed the application. He has reiterated his submissions which were canvassed when this Court had passed a detailed order on khs/DEC. 2017/5844
19/10/2016. He submits that both the respondents have played a fraud on the Management.

Considering the fact situation, the observations made in the order dated 19/10/2016 and the reasons set out in the civil applications, both the civil applications are partly allowed. 4.
Both the applicants, who are husband and wife, are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.30,000/- only, individually, subject to filing of an affidavit undertaking that if the writ petition is allowed under the orders or the judgment of this Court, they would deposit the said amount within a period of 6 weeks from the date of such judgment. The undertaking affidavit must be accompanied by the Income Tax Pan Card copy and the Election Commission Voters ID card copy or Aadhar Card copy.
