In view of the consent, application is allowed. 4.

The proceeding bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No.1589 of 2018, pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division at Pune is transferred to the Family Court at Aurangabad.

All the courts taking up different matters between the parties at Aurangabad shall, as far as possible, list all these matters on the same date. 6.

Parties shall appear before the Family Court at Aurangabad on 30.07.2022.
