PER COURT :- The applicant-wife is seeking transfer of C.M.A. No.19/2018 filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court at Nashik to the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusaval.

In all fairness and on instructions from the respondent - husband, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the husband has no objection if the application is allowed and the petition is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusaval.

By consent, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' which reads thus:- "(B) The C.MK.A.No.19/2018 pending before the Ld.Family Court, Nashik Tal.& Dist. Nashik may please be transfer to the
