Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants-appellants are seeking permission to bring names of legal heirs of deceased applicant-appellant no.1A Sonyabapu Shankar Adhav on record by condoning delay of 755 days.

It appears that the parties have settled their dispute out of Court and today the appellants are going to file pursis for withdrawal of the appeal.

{2} In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses {B} and {C}. Applicants-appellants to carry out the amendment forthwith.
