Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer Clauses 'B', 'C' & 'C1' of the Civil Application. 5.

Writ Petition No. 3005/2000 is restored to file with interim relief, if any. Place the Writ Petition on board for hearing and final disposal on 11.09.2017.
