Present applications have been filed for getting delay of 972 days condoned in filing first appeals wherein the acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the reference Court.

Though the learned Advocate appearing for the respondents - orignal claimants is opposing the applications strongly on the ground that the delay of each and every day has not been properly, sufficiently and reasonably explained, yet, for the reasons stated in paras no.02 and 03, the delay is condoned. Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeals and place them for consideration on 04th December 2019.
