The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has done the printing work for the elections of Grampanchayat and Sugar Factory. The amount is payable by the respondents. The respondents have not yet paid the amount of the work done in the year 2012.

The matter was adjourned earlier so as to enable the learned Asst. Government Pleader to take instructions. The learned Asst. Government Pleader, on instructions, states that some amount is payable to the petitioner but exact amount to be paid to the petitioner is not yet clear. 3.

It is for the petitioner and the respondents to consider and settle about the exact amount payable to the petitioner. The respondents shall make payment to the petitioner in respect of the amount that is legitimately due and payable by the respondents to the petitioner, expeditiously, considering the said payment is due since the year 2012.

(3) W. P. No. 8545 of 2015 The payment shall be preferably made within a period of three months from today.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
