Learned counsel however submits that the applicant is in jail in connection with the present crime for more than eight months and as such, necessary directions may be given to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the case. Leave granted. The application is disposed off as withdrawn. The trial court is hereby directed to dispose off the case expeditiously on priority basis, by day to day hearing if possible, after the normal court functioning begins.
