In view of the observations of the Honourable Supreme Court in paragraphs 6.2 and 7 in the National Highways Authority of India vs. Sheetal Jaidev Vade and others, Civil Appeal No.5256/2022 decided on 24.08.2022, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to withdraw these petitions and agitate all their contentions before the Executing Court. 3.

As such, these Writ petitions are disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions and all contentions of the litigating parties are kept open to be considered by the appropriate authorities.
