Delay of 16 days in filing appeal is sought to be condoned by the applicant-appellant insurance company on the ground that due to gap in communication between the regional office and branch office, delay has taken place. 3.

Sufficient cause is made out. Delay, as such, is condoned.

Civil application is disposed of. Appeal be registered. Upon registration of appeal, learned advocate Mr. Kale waives notice for respondent No.1.
