This Court vide interim order, allowed the Petitioners to appear for the D.Ed. examination. Vide order dated 21st June, 2006, passed in Civil Application No.2824 of 2006, the Petitioners were also allowed to appear for the second year D.Ed. course, if they were found eligible. When the matter was called out on 9th January, 2015, none appeared for the Petitioners. The matter was adjourned, in the interest of justice, to 16th January, 2015. Today also, when the matter is called out, none appears for the Petitioners.

Considering the interim orders passed by this Court, the writ petition is disposed of interim of the interim orders. Rule is disposed of. No costs.
