Patil, J.), on 21st December, 2020, has passed the following order: The parties unanimously informed that Mr.R.M.Borde, the Hon'ble retired Judge of this Court has consented to act as the sole Arbitrator. . Issue letter to him requesting him to disclosure statement as is contemplated under Section 12 of the Act.

In terms of the ofce note, Justice R.M.Borde (Rtd.) has given disclosure under Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and
