Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The parties, on instructions, consider it to be pragmatic, if a direction is given to the Tribunal for the disposal of the suit at an early date, as the suit has been instituted in the year 2013. The pleadings of the parties appear to be complete. In the circumstances, it appears to be expedient that the Tribunal would proceed with the

2 C.R.A. 54.2016 suit bearing Waqf suit No. 111/2013 as expeditiously as possible and try and decide the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. It is specifically clarified that no expression on merits of the case has been made in the proceedings either finally or at any interim stage and this order shall not be interpreted to the disadvantage of any party.

With this, Civil Revision Application stands disposed of.
