By this application, the applicant prays for condonation of delay of 123 days caused in filing the Second Appeal. 3.

The learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 is strongly opposing the application. However, taking into consideration the duration of the delay and the reasons that has been stated that though the appellant had approached the practicing Advocate at High Court in time, however, he had not brought the judgment of the Trial Court and, therefore, the Advocate has directed the appellant to get that copy, which process consumed time, which reason can be said to be reasonable, the delay deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed and disposed of.
