Though the final order of the SDO has been passed on 03.05.2024 and the Petitioners have a

926-WP-4808-2024.odt statutory remedy available to challenge the said order as also file an application for release of the vehicles under certain conditions, the Petitioners insist that this Court should consider this Petition.

Considering the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we do not desire to entertain this Petition. The Petitioners have a statutory remedy available. If the Petitioners file interim applications for release of their vehicles under certain conditions, we direct the concerned Authority which is a Deputy Collector, to deal with such applications for interim orders within 15 days from the date of filing of the applications.

With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
