This civil application has been jointly filed by the litigating sides to the Writ Petitions No. 5373/2006 and 5290/2006. Same is duly verified by the litigating sides. The application is tendered for seeking disposal of the pending writ petitions in terms of the compromise dated 17/02/2016 at Exhibit "E" to the civil application. 2.

The learned Advocates jointly submit that this civil application be allowed and both the petitions be allowed in terms of the compromise Exhibit "E".

In the light of the above, this application is allowed. Writ Petition No.5373/2006 and 5290/2006 are allowed in terms of the khs/Feb.2016/2026-d

compromise terms and conditions dated 17/02/2016 at Exhibit "E" to the civil application.

Rule is accordingly made absolute in terms of Exhibit "E". 5.

Pending civil applications, if any, do not survive in the light of the above order and hence are disposed of.
