The petitioner seeks restoration of the writ petition, registration of which came to be refused by the Registrar (Judl.) by order dated 07.08.2023. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause B, subject to petitioner deposit cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) within a period of two weeks from today and undertakes to remove the office objections within three weeks thereafter.
