Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the unserved respondent No.1 has not been served despite detailed address having been mentioned in the petition as he has now been transferred to Latur district. His present address is mentioned in paragraph No.6 of the application.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that though the applicant has agreed to have the notice published in the newspaper "Punyanagari", it is stated that the notice could be published in the khs/JUNE 2016/2386-d
Latur Edition of "Dainik Lokmat" Marathi.

In the light of the above, leave to correct the address in the petition, is granted. Addition be carried out forthwith. Issue notice to respondent No.1 on the corrected address, returnable on 08/07/2016. The applicants / petitioners shall have the notice published at her own costs in the Latur Edition of "Dainik Lokmat" Marathi and place a copy of the newspaper on record to evidence such publication. Notice shall be published at least 10 days prior to the publication.
