The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the vacancy is existing at the place where the petitioner was working prior to the issuance of absorption order. Still, without considering the said aspect, the petitioner has been directed to be absorbed. The petitioner has also filed representations (Exh.`E' Collectively), however, the same are not considered.

Mr. Sharma, the learned counsel for the respondents, submits that, the said representations would be considered on their own merits. The petitioner has already joined at the absorbed places.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined at the absorbed place and we are in the midst of the term, it would not be appropriate to pass any orders at this stage. However, the respondents shall decide the representations filed by the petitioner.

The Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 i.e. the competent authorities, shall decide the representations filed by the petitioner (Ex."E" collectively), on its own merits as per its policy and considering the existing vacancies, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from today.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
