The applicants have preferred the application for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the appeal, for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and counsel representing for respondents No.1 and 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the delay caused in filing appeal was due to securing the requisite permission from the higher authorities and the same was not intentional and deliberate one. 4.

Learned counsel for respondents opposed the application with contention that no sufficient cause has been assigned to condone the delay.

Considering the submission advanced, in the light of unchallenged pleadings in the application and the fact that meager delay of 10 days. I am of the view that delay deserves to be condoned. 6.

In the result, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. The application is allowed and disposed of.
