Although the matter is circulated, none appears for petitioners. The order dated 25.07.2023 also records that after circulating matter, none appeared for the petitioners. Similarly, in the order dated 13.06.2024, a request for adjournment was made and this Court had adjourned the matter by way of last chance, with strict stipulation that no further request for adjournment would be entertained and the petition shall be liable for dismissal for want of prosecution. 2.

Considering the conduct of petitioners, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for want of prosecution and it is accordingly dismissed.
