Present petition can be disposed off in view of the prayer clause 'B' which reads thus :- "B.

To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent no.4 may kindly be directed to decide the proposal dated 20.2.204 submitted by respondent School for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner as assistant teacher on regular pay scale (38,600 to 122800) from his date of appointment on promotion i.e.

15.2.2023 by modifying earlier approval dated 11.7.2023 in accordance with law laid down in WP 7706 of 2022 dated 21.12.2023 by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench within stipulated time period and preferably within three weeks from today."

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 4, and upon instructions from the respondent no.4, makes a statement, that the proposal would be decided within Six (6) weeks.

We hope and trust that respondent no.4 would take a note of the decision mentioned in the prayer clause and would decide the proposal on it's own merits.

In view of the statement made that he would decide it within a period of six weeks from today, writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
