PER COURT :- The petitioner is objecting to the communication issued by the respondent Rashitriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited dated 17.4.2014. The petitioner was called upon to produce certain documents for the purpose of consideration of his offer.

It would be open for the petitioner, to tender an appropriate explanation/documents to the tendering authority, within a period of four days from today. On consideration of the explanation/documents, tendered by the petitioner, the tendering authority may take appropriate decision, in accordance with its policy. If the decision of the tendering authority is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, same shall be communicated forth with. From the date of communication of such decision, further process shall not be taken up and the work order shall not be issued for a period of five days from such decision.
