Applicant nos.03, 04 and 05 have executed a relinquishment deed in favour of applicant nos.01 and 02, in respect of the amount of compensation determined under the award passed by the reference Court.

In that view of the matter, there shall be

(2) C.A. No. 05939 of 2017 no difficulty in permitting applicant nos.01 and 02 to withdraw the amount as directed by this Court. As requested by the applicants, cheque for the amount shall be issued in the name of applicant nos.01 and 02.
