By way of this application the petitioner is seeking addition of Mr. Dhoble, Divisional Manager as respondent No.4 since he is the Authority in determining the gratuity amount. Though the learned Counsel Mr. G.D. Kale, holding for Mr. Nagargoje, for respondent Nos.1 and 2 opposed the application, but for calculation of gratuity amount, if any, as claimed by the petitioner, the aforesaid addition is necessary since the aforesaid officer is the Authority in respect of determination of gratuity. In view of the same the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period. After carrying out such amendment, issue notice to respondent No.4 returnable four weeks thereafter.
