A peculiar issue is raised before us, and the Petitioners are justified in filing this Writ Petition. Both the Petitioners are born after 1966. The Award with regard to the lands that have been acquired for the Parali-Gangakhed Road, is delivered on 17/02/1966. The acquisition of the lands appears to be of 1959. The only request that the Petitioners are making is that the mutation entries be corrected pursuant to the 1966 Award, by deducting the acquired lands from the revenue records of the Department.

We find that the lands of the Petitioners to the extent of 21 Are from Survey No.511/1, 12 Are from Survey No.511/2 and 2 Are from Survey No.518, are acquired for the ParaliGangakhed Road. This is a part of the Award dated 17/02/1966. 3.

We find that a proper representation has not been tendered by the Petitioners.

Let the Petitioners tender a proper representation indicating the above facts to the Respondent/Tahsildar, Gangakhed, within a period of 15 days from today. Thereafter, the Tahsildar would verify from the record, and after following the due procedure, issue appropriate orders for deleting the acquired lands from the 7/12 extract, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of such representation. 5.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
