By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.3-Madankumar Brindavan Bundelkhandi and also seek to condone the delay of 10 years 313 days caused in filing the present application. 2.

There is no serious contest on behalf of respondents. Further sufficient reasons are given in paragraph nos.4 to 8 of the application. It is to be noted here that the parties are litigating for civil dispute. It is, therefore, just and proper to condone the delay and allow the application in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C). Consequently, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C).
