Heard learned Advocate Mr.Ippar, who has been appointed to represent the applicant who is a under trial prisoner and the learned APP.

2] Though it is a matter for regular bail, case status report pointed out by the learned APP would show that the trial has reached stage of examination of the accused persons under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Meaning thereby that the trial is likely to get over in the near future. 3] The application is rejected.
