The restoration is granted on the condition that the applicant/appellant herein shall deposit the amount to the extent of 50% within a week from today, as the cheque is in the custody of learned Counsel for the applicants and the balance amount to be deposited within three months from today.

If the balance amount is not deposited within three months, this Court will constrain to pass appropriate orders as regards dismissal of the appeals.
