This is an application seeking leave to amend the petition. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the petitioner vide the present amendment is bringing on record the fact of his acquittal in the criminal case and the order of superannuation. According to the learned counsel, the said events are subsequent to filing of the writ petition.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". The civil application is disposed of. 4.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today.
