The petitioner has filed an request application for transfer on the ground of completion of 53 years of age with respondent no.2. 3.

In case such an application is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of three weeks.
