This is an application seeking restoration of the main Criminal Application No. 147 of 2021 which stands dismissed by the order dated 01 April 2024.

It is being pointed out that the application was erroneously rejected when it was not listed on 01 April 2024 for dismissal and by merely observing that the applicants were directed to serve respondent no. 2 and the compliance was not made.
