Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the respondent/State.

The applicant's husband Lalit Himmatrao Patil executed 'car rental agreement', with the complainant but failed to perform his part of agreement, in the sense neither he paid the rental fee per month nor returned the vehicle to the complainant. It is informed across the bar that Lalit Himmatrao Patil - husband of the applicant was arrested and released on bail.

The applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 were arrested while this application was pending before this court for consideration. Thus, their application was rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.

Prima-facie the material on record does not suggest complicity of the applicant in the Crime No. 172 of 2020 registered with Chopada Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon.

In consideration of the facts aforesaid and for the reasons stated, the application is granted. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

i.

In the event of arrest in connection with the crime No. 172/2020 registered with Chopada Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 470, 120(B)(2) of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant No.1 shall be released on bail on executing bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand] with one or more sureties in the like amount.

ii.

The applicant No.1 shall join the investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer. iii.
