This petition is against an order allowing the application of the respondents - original plaintiffs subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand only). The application was for seeking extension to carry out the amendment as per order dated 03.12.2024 by extending the time.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order. The concern of the petitioners - original defendants is that the suit of the year 2013 is being prolonged and still the respondents are not taking effective steps.

Considering the above concern, the writ petition can be disposed of with following direction.

The learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the suit as early as possible and preferably within one (01) year from today. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
