ORDER

The appellants and respondents are present along with their advocates. They filed compromise memo duly signed by them. It is marked as 'X' for identification. Both the signing parties are identified by their respective advocates. Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Award be drawn accordingly.

Insurance Company undertakes to deposit Rs.5 lakhs within a period of 60 days. If the amount is deposited within this period, the same shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the appellants. If amount is not deposited within 60 days then the said amount shall carry interest as agreed between the parties. The claimant make statement that except them and signing parties, there is no other stakeholder in the subject 918.fa639.13.odt
