This Application is for condonation of delay of 193 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment and award dated 01/08/2011 passed in L.A.R. No. 813/2002.

Record indicates that present Application came to be dismissed in view of the order passed by Registrar dated 18/09/2012. Restoration thereof was sought in the year 2018 by filing Civil Application No. 3921/2018. This Court by order dated 19/08/2023 while allowing the said Application for restoration has observed that the Applicant shall not claim statutory benefits as well as interest for the period from 16/10/2012 till date of this order. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, makes statement that the Applicant would not claim any interest on the 962 CA 11039.2023.odt

enhance compensation if granted till the restoration of the Appeal. 4.
