On 14.07.2023, we had passed the following order:- "1.
We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant Sansthan and perused the averments set out in the civil application. Prayer clause (B) put forth by the trust is as under:- "(B) This Hon'
ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement the Resolution No.313 of the Ad-hoc Committee dtd. 12.04.2023 thereby giving the building of the Applicant Sansthan to Renukai Career Center on nominal rent for conducting coaching classes."

It appears that the trust had uploaded an advertisement on its website calling for applications from interested parties to conduct a career center for introducing
(( 2 )) 924(D)-CA-5840-2023 NEET and JEE coaching classes for the wards of employees of the trust and the general public at large.

We expressed a prima-facie opinion that the applicant should give a wide publicity to its desire of initiating such coaching classes by publishing the advertisement in largely circulated National English and Marathi newspapers in the State of Maharashtra, besides advertising on it's website. 4.
The learned Advocate for the trust submits that a statement would be made on the next date and the trust would not be averse to following such procedure to attract the best possible institutes.

Stand over to 28.07.2023 for passing orders." 2.
The learned Advocate for the Sansthan submits that the Sansthan is agreeable to grant wide publicity in the National English and Marathi newspapers, besides on its website for inviting interested parties to begin a career center for introducing NEET, JEE and CLAT coaching classes for the wards of the employees of the trust and the general public at large.

In view of the above, this civil application is disposed off. The resolution No.313 dated 12.04.2023 is rendered infructuous. We grant liberty to the Sansthan to proceed to advertise for the purposes of setting up such career centers.
