The petitioner has filed Complaint (U. L. P. ) No. 20 of 2013 praying therein the directions to the respondent not to insist for cast verification and not to revert him from the post of Traffic Controller.

It is an admitted facts on record, that the petitioner was employed by respondent in 1987 as a Conductor and was promoted to the post of Traffic Controller on 18/06/2012. 3.
By the order dated 23/09/2013 passed by the Industrial Court, the application for grant of interim relief i. e. protection of the services of the petitioner was partly allowed and it was ordered that till 13/03/2014 or till issuance of Caste Verification Certificate by the Committee, the employer should not proceed against him. 4.
The relief ordered by the Industrial Court was continued by this Court by an order dated 16/06/2014.

The fact remains that the services of the petitioner, as such, stands protected till this date of hearing of the petition. 6.
It is also required to be taken note of the fact that, the Complaint is pending before the learned Industrial Court. In the fitness of things, it will be appropriate that the protection as is granted in favour of present petitioner is continued till decision of the Complaint (U. L. P. ) No. 20 of 2013 pending on the file of the Industrial Court, Latur.

The learned Member, Industrial Court, Latur is directed to expedite the hearing of the said Complaint. 8.
With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
