We have heard the learned counsel for applicant/accused for some time. The learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw this application. The learned counsel, however, submits that the applicant was undertrial and he is in jail since 2018. The learned counsel submits that the appeal may be taken up for final hearing at the earliest. Leave is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.
