DATE:06th JUNE, 2022 P. C.
1.
By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioners have impugned the order dated 26-04-2022 passed by the learned District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society who has appointed himself as Administrator of Nanded Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Nanded.
2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that well before expiry of tenure of the said committee, the learned District Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies could not have appointed himself as an Administrator. He submits that though the administrator has taken over charge, the then committee members shall be allowed to continue for 10 days from today.
3.
The fact remains that the learned District
(3) Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies has taken over charge pursuant to the order dated 26-04-2022. There is no question of permitting the then committee members of the said APMC now to take charge and continue the affairs of the said committee for a period of 10 days. The prayer is misconceived. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
