We have heard Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioners have remedy of appeal.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. In case, appeal is filed by the petitioners, the authority before whom the appeal would be filed shall consider the interim application of the petitioners within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of filing.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
