Mr. Goldbole, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court on 07.06.2006, the petitioner is being paid his regular salary. As far as the earlier salary is concerned the petitioner has waived it and has instructed the learned counsel to withdraw the writ petition. The said communication is tendered on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule discharged. No costs.
