PER COURT :- Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondent. 2.

Delay of 211 days has occurred in filing the present Appeal by the Applicants. The reasons for occurrence of delay are explained in paragraph Nos.3 to 5 of the application.

Learned Counsel for the respondents has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are not sufficient to condone the delay. I have perused the explanation as has been provided by the applicants in paragraph Nos.3 to 5 of the application. It appears to me that sufficient cause is made out by the applicants to condone the delay. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

The delay of 211 days caused in filing the Appeal is condoned.

The Appeal be registered in accordance with law.

Civil Application stands disposed of.

On registration of the Appeal, issue notice to the respondent. Learned Counsel Shri A.R. Devkate waives service of notice for respondent.
